TaskBridge AI respects your privacy. This notice covers the public website and the member demo portal. The portal stores account information so verified members can sign in and access configured demonstrations.
Information you choose to provide
The project enquiry form asks for your name, work email, phone number, service interest, industry and project description. Submitting it opens your email application for you to review and send. Demo account registration requires your name, email address, phone number and password. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Email verification is required before demo access is enabled; phone numbers are required but are not SMS-verified.
Information collected automatically
The site does not currently include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The login system records limited security data such as request IP hashes and failed-attempt counters to slow abuse. The hosting provider may maintain standard server logs.
How enquiry information may be used
If you send an enquiry email, TaskBridge AI may use the information to respond, understand the requested service and discuss a potential project. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in a project brief.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell account or enquiry information. Account details are used to manage sign-in, verify email ownership, control demo access and respond to support requests. The demo portal stores account and demo configuration data in a private database on the hosting account. Account data is retained while the account is active and can be removed by contacting us. Demo previews should use sample data only; do not enter real customer or payment data.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit an enquiry. For a request to access, correct or delete information you have sent, email hello@taskbridgeai.in.
